Application Terms:

• Applicants whose age between 0~22.99 yrs old / above 75 yrs old and traveling along may be rejected.

 

 

Supplementary documents for traveller who has above condition but NOT traveling along:

• Age 0~22.99 yrs old will need to travel with one of the parents, also provide English version of birth certificate or English version of census registration or any legal document to prove filiation between applicants.

• Age above 75 yrs old will need to travel with relatives or any legal document to prove filiation between applicants.

• Once VISA application is sent, charges will apply either VISA be granted or rejected.

• Passport must be valid, validation must exceed 6 month from expiry.

• UAE VISA is valid for all UAE airports, for example Dubai int’ airport, Abu Dhabi int’ airport, Sharjah int’ airport ect…

Reminder:

• Working in UAE with a tourist VISA is NOT allowed, violators may face a fine and deportation.

• Starting from 01 JAN 2015 the UAE government had enact a new legislation to fine those who stay exceed expiry date. Please keep track of your itinerary to avoid fine.

 

 

 

 

FAQ

 

Q: What is the expiry date of my VISA? 

 

A: All UAE visas' validity is 60 days after the visa's been issued.

Once the visa holder entered UAE and used up the visa. The length of stay is then depending on what type of visa applied initially. For Example: Little Ming applied for 90-days-single-entry UAE visa on 27 MAR 2016. After 4 working days the visa issued on 31 MAR 2016. This means Little Ming's visa is valid from 31 MAR 2016 until 60 days after. He then can use this visa within this period. And stay for 90 days from the day he enter UAE.

 

 

Q: Can i apply new UAE visa right after my previous visa has expired/finished?

 

A: YES you can!! UAE visa can now apply right after the previous visa expired. For example: Little ming applied for an 30 days visa and has already stayed in UAE for 29 days and needs to leave the country to avoid penalty. He now can exit UAE and apply for a new visa rightaway. Process of the new visa is still 4 days but he doesn't have to wait for 30 days to apply a new visa.
